We are looking for talented, self-motivated motion graphics designers, skilled in Adobe After Effects, as well as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, to be part of our Lyric Video Production Team. Each designer should take ownership of projects and execute them with pride. They should have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Description: As a Motion Graphic Designer specializing in lyric video production and animations, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually stunning lyric videos and animations that enhance the storytelling and emotional impact of music. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and creative team to understand their vision and translate it into captivating visual content.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and creative team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Conceptualize and design visually compelling lyric videos and animations that align with the clients' brand and vision.
• Create storyboards and animatics to outline the visual narrative and timing of the project.
• Develop motion graphics, typography, and visual effects that enhance the storytelling and emotional impact of music.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to create, animate, and render high-quality lyric videos and animations.
• Collaborate with audio professionals to synchronize visuals with music and lyrics.
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail throughout the production process.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and lyric video production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field or 4-5 years of experience as a motion graphic designer
• Proven experience and an impressive portfolio showcasing your expertise in lyric video production and animations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop or relevant tools
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Solid knowledge of motion graphics principles, including timing, pacing, and visual effects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for music, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
