Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Visual Studios Plus located in Colombo. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with customers, providing customer support, and training. They will also drive sales by utilizing knowledge of the products and services offered by Visual Studios Plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer support
• Experience in sales or a willingness to learn sales techniques
• Can provide training to customers in an effective manner
• Confidence in presenting and communicating product features and benefits
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Experience in the photography, videography, or advertising industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
