Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Video Director located in Colombo. The Commercial Video Director will be responsible for overseeing the creation and production of high-quality video content for various clients. This individual will lead a team of videographers and collaborate with the creative team in developing concepts and ideas for the video content. They will also oversee the entire post-production process, ensuring that the final product meets clients' specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field
• Proven experience in directing and producing high-quality video content from start to finish
• Experience in managing a team of videographers, editors, and post-production personnel
• Demonstrated skill in developing creative concepts and ideas for video content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other video editing software
• Experience in the FMCG, Food, and Hospitality industries is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in operating video production equipment and knowledge in video production processes is a plus
