Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans/timelines and drive execution based on set timelines.
• Collaborate with the client (international and local) and technical teams to plan and implement all project deliverables.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and all stakeholders to ensure projects are running on time and within budget.
• Ability to understand opportunities to upsell Surge capabilities to existing clients.
• Develop documentation including the Statement of Work, Project Proposals, and Deliverables.
• Liaise with the Surge leadership and finance teams.
• Manage expectations of all stakeholders (internal/external) involved in projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project delivery working as a Project Manager, Management Consultant or in a similar role.
• Relevant experience within digital marketing and strategy consulting would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English verbal and written.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the project lifecycle.
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management tools (Trello, Jira, ClickUp, etc.)
• A professional qualification related to Project Management would be an added advantage but not required.
