Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for communicating with clients on a daily basis, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service queries, and handling finance-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Communication skills
• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Service queries
• Basic knowledge of Finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Experience in digital marketing and advertising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
