Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Airtel Appointment Fixing Process)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Airtel Appointment Fixing Process. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently fix appointments on a daily basis while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fix a specified number of appointments daily without any failures.

2. Make outbound calls to approximately 200 numbers daily to secure 20 to 25 appointments.

3. Update all appointment details in the designated Google form.

4. Maintain and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to appointment fixing activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.

• 1 to 2 years of telecalling experience in customer service.

• Ability to consistently meet daily appointment targets.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using Google Forms and maintaining reports.

• Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as the designated weekly off.
