Responsibilities and Duties
- Effectively manage a portfolio of SEO clients, utilising the wider team to deliver high-quality strategies across multiple markets that deliver tangible results and ROI
- Planning and management of activity roadmaps focused on clients’ objectives and KPIs
- Conduct keyword, market, and competitor analyses and reporting on an ongoing basis
- Work collaboratively with other channel owners within the business to deliver integrated strategies and identify opportunities to expand the scope of existing projects
- Keep up with search engine technology and algorithm changes
- Continually improve customer satisfaction, communication, quality assurance, and customer retention
- Supporting the business development managers during new business projects and proposals
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2 years experience with a proven track record working on multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- An ability to communicate complex and technical information to non-technical people
- Taking ownership and having clear enthusiasm for digital marketing, technical challenges and content
- Understanding of key marketing concepts and strategy
- A track record of building great client relationships and growing the value of accounts
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog
