Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead business growth initiatives for our FinTech solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry relationships, a proven track record in B2B sales, and extensive experience selling financial technology products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within banking, financial services, insurance, and digital payment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships.
  • Manage key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Drive channel partnerships and strategic alliances.

Qualifications

  • Strong network within banks, financial institutions, payment providers, or fintech companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
