Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Fintech industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather and analyze business requirements, and drive the successful delivery of innovative financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and requirement validation.
• Monitor project progress and manage requirement changes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Fintech industry experience.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
