We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Service Call Center Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling customer service operations, coordinating service requests, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience from reputed telecom and customer service-driven organizations such as Dialog Axiata and SLT-MOBITEL or similar high-volume call center environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service operations
- Coordinate and follow up on service requests efficiently
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams for service coordination
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of service cases
Candidate Profile
- Experience in call center or customer service operations
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate service requests effectively
- Good knowledge of complaint handling and customer satisfaction management
- Exposure to technical/service coordination will be an added advantage
