SOFTWARE ENGINEER — R&D

We build things that don't exist yet — robotic systems, smart home devices, custom platforms, and connected hardware. Our work sits at the intersection of software, electronics, and networking, and no two projects look the same.

We're looking for an engineer who's genuinely excited by that kind of variety. Someone who can write solid code, but also pick up networking when a project demands it, dig into DevOps when something needs deploying, and collaborate with electronics engineers when the software has to talk to real hardware.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

→ Build full stack applications, but also venture into networking, DevOps, embedded integrations, and whatever the project needs

→ Work alongside electronics and hardware engineers on robotics, IoT, and smart home systems

→ Research, prototype, and ship — sometimes with senior guidance, sometimes on your own

→ Own problems end-to-end: from figuring out the approach to hitting the deadline

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

→ BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

→ 1–2 years of experience, or a fresh graduate with strong fundamentals

→ Comfortable with full stack development as a starting point

→ Genuinely curious — the kind of person who reads documentation for fun and isn't afraid of unfamiliar territory

→ Resilient under deadline pressure and able to work independently when needed

→ Strong English, both written and spoken

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE APPLYING

This isn't a role where you'll do the same thing every day. Some weeks you'll be deep in code. Other weeks you'll be debugging why a sensor isn't responding, or figuring out how to deploy something to a device in the field. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't the right fit.
