One of our reputed clients is seeking skilled and proactive L1/L2 NOC Technicians to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.

WORK TYPE: Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor network systems and infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance. • Perform Level 1 & Level 2 troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues. • Handle incidents, alerts, and service requests in a timely manner. • Diagnose and resolve issues related to firewalls, VPNs, and network devices. • Work with escalation teams for complex technical issues. • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and incident reports. • Ensure adherence to SLAs and response times. • Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve network performance and reliability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Fortigate troubleshooting (MANDATORY). • Certification in CCNA is preferred. • Strong understanding of networking concepts (routing, switching, VPNs). • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Good communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Based in Colombo or willing to relocate in the near future.
