Description of Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies align with company goals.
- Plan and executive campaigns at head office and branches (digital, print, event, social media, telecommunication etc.) to brand awareness, visiting and sales.
- Collaborate with external agencies, rentals and media partners as needed.
- To look at new opportunities at market places to enhance sales or eventually for progressive improvement of customer foot fall.
- Manage all social media platforms and attend to queries that come through the website.
- Manage the agreed marketing budget, raise invoices and make timely payments as appropriate.
- Liaise with banks on seasonal promotional and installment plans and communicate same to the sales force. Be available for any queries raised by sales.
- Ensure brand guidelines and corporate policies are constantly followed and updated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Added advantage: Holding a Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within a corporate or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management. CIM / SLIM Member
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
