Description of Customer Relations Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be able to assist customers and do customer visits.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provide administrative support including documentation and reporting.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and office communication professionally.
- Assist with office tasks and other duties assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1½ years of experience in a similar role.
- NVQ Level 4 qualification in Computer Hardware, ICT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Male candidates below 30 years are preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Preferably candidates residing in Colombo area could apply.
- Possessing a valid driving license and own a motor cycle are distinct advantages.
