The Job
- Support and coordinate quality assurance and academic quality enhancement activities within the institution.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting related to academic and administrative performance.
- Prepare quality assurance reports, self-evaluation reports, and accreditation-related documentation.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure compliance with minimum standards and institutional requirements.
- Facilitate internal audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance processes.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making through research and data-driven insights.
- Organize workshops, meetings, and awareness programs related to quality assurance and institutional development.
- Ensure integrity, transparency, and continuous quality improvement across all operational areas.
The Person
- Holds a Degree in Education, Quality Management, or a relevant academic discipline. A Master’s qualification or higher will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of academic and/or administrative experience in State or Non-State Higher Education institutions.
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and the maintenance of minimum academic standards.
- Strong knowledge and practical skills in data analysis and statistical techniques.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative professional networks.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in research, data analysis, and report writing.
