Personal Profile & Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the pet animal or veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of pet animal products and market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A good team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within deadlines.
Job Objective
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Support business development activities to expand market share.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with veterinarians, distributors, and key clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure availability and proper promotion of pet animal products across all channels.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and awareness programs.
