We're Hiring | Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

At Sithma Packaging, quality is the foundation of everything we deliver. As we scale our compliance systems and prepare for our upcoming BRC Food Grade certification, we're looking for an experienced QA professional to lead the next chapter of our quality journey.

🔹 The Role

Drive compliance and operational QA across our printing & packaging operations — managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC CoC, HACCP and spearheading our BRC Food Grade implementation.

🔹 We're looking for

✔ 4–6 years' QA experience in packaging, printing or food manufacturing

✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSC CoC and HACCP

✔ BRC exposure and Lead/Internal Auditor certifications a plus

✔ A hands-on leader who thrives on continuous improvement
