WE ARE HIRING | Cost Accountant

Sithma Packaging, a leading printing and packaging manufacturer and exporter in Sri Lanka, is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our team.

This role is ideal for a finance professional who is analytical, commercially aware, and experienced in managing cost structures within a manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in supporting financial efficiency, cost control, and better decision-making across the business.

Key Requirements

• Proven proficiency in management accounting through professional qualifications, partial qualification, or strong academic performance in relevant degree modules

• Specialization or qualification in Cost Accounting will be a strong advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Management Accounting, or another technical discipline

• Prior experience in cost accounting, especially within complex manufacturing processes or diverse product portfolios

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data accurately

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments

• Minimum 4 years of experience in cost accounting, cost analysis, management analysis, or a similar role
