WE ARE HIRING | Industrial Engineering Manager (IEM) / IE Manager

Sithma Packaging is looking for a results-driven Industrial Engineering Manager to strengthen our factory operations through modern industrial engineering practices, production planning, production control, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for a professional who can improve productivity, optimize capacity, reduce waste, enhance on-time delivery, and build stronger operational control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective production planning and control systems

• Improve capacity planning, scheduling, and workflow balancing across departments

• Monitor production efficiency, utilization, and output achievement

• Analyze bottlenecks, downtime, delays, and WIP to improve production flow

• Establish data-driven systems for daily, weekly, and monthly production control

• Conduct time studies, method studies, and process improvement initiatives

• Support OEE improvement, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement

• Introduce structured reporting dashboards and KPI monitoring systems

• Lead continuous improvement projects to strengthen factory performance and planning accuracy

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Industrial Engineering, Production Planning, Production Control, or Operations Excellence

• Strong background in factory operations, production systems, and process optimization

• Experience in apparel, printing, packaging, manufacturing, or related industries will be an advantage

• Degree or professional qualification in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Production Engineering, or a related field

• Additional qualifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operations Excellence, or Supply Chain / Production Planning will be an added advantage
