About the Role
We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist who can own performance marketing end-to-end and turn paid channels into a major growth engine.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Execute and optimize PPC campaigns including keyword targeting, bidding strategies, audience expansion, and creative testing.
- Build and scale multi-channel paid acquisition funnels that drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform dashboards, and attribution data.
- Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and CAC efficiency.
- Create performance reports, highlighting insights, wins, bottlenecks, and “next steps.”
- Manage and allocate monthly media budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC reduction, and LTV expansion.
- Forecast spend and performance scenarios and maintain cost control across all paid channels.
- Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad copy, visuals, and concepts.
- Provide data-driven feedback loops to continuously improve creative output and messaging.
- Ensure ad policy compliance and implement airtight conversion tracking using tools like Google Ads pixels, DoubleClick, and GA4.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven success managing six-figure ad budgets across Google, Meta, and TikTok Ads Managers.
- Experience in managing end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from ideation to execution and optimization.
Skills
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnel analysis, CPC/CPL/CAC metrics, and bidding optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset — able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Hands-on expertise with GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking integrations, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with creative, design, and product teams.
- A strategic thinker who can zoom out when needed and dive deep into execution when required.
- Bonus: Experience in EdTech, B2C growth funnels
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and data analysis capabilities.
- Strong creative sensibility — able to brief or produce ad content that converts.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
