Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer (UI/UX) with at least 5-7 years of experience and a strong understanding of design principles. As a key member of our design team, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, product managers, marketers, and other stakeholders to create visually engaging, user-centric interfaces and high-quality creative assets — including video content — for a range of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics & Creative Design

● Minimum 5-7 years of experience in creative design and branding.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects including websites, digital marketing assets, and social media content.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

● Excellent understanding of branding, particularly in B2B contexts.

● Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop impactful content, e.g., for LinkedIn campaigns.

● Create storyboards and produce engaging videos for digital and social platforms.

● Develop visually compelling graphics, logos, and branding materials in line with company identity.

● Experience in Adobe XD and Figma to produce professional UI assets and layouts.

UI/UX Design

● Design user interfaces for mobile applications (iOS and Android) with a focus on usability and aesthetics.

● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups aligned with business objectives and user needs.

● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design iterations.

● Collaborate with developers to ensure design consistency and implementation quality.
