What will you be doing?
- Facilitate the onboarding & Offboarding Process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Oversee general office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and organize company events, such as team-building activities, workshops, and celebrations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
- Support finance departments with administrative tasks (e.g. : System update (Xero) , petty cash handling, filing).
What will you need to be considered?
- Solid educational background with a focus on Business or Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Knowledge of administration processes.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Canva, Click Up & Rooster.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)..
