Main Duties & Responsibilities

• An undergraduate or pursuing a professional qualification/ diploma in HR.
• Being a student from CIPM would be an added advantage.
• Age below 25 years.
• Preference would be given to candidates living near / within a 15 km radius to Toyota Lanka-Wattala.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with employees of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
