Job Profile
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Intern – IT Support to assist in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and end-user systems across the organization. This is a hands-on role offering valuable experience in enterprise IT environments and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining computers, network devices, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations
- Take ownership of assigned IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution under supervision
- Troubleshoot and diagnose basic system, hardware, and network issues
- Support installation and configuration of software systems (OS, Office, Email, etc.)
- Provide courteous and effective support to users across multiple departments and branches
Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate or diploma in Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in IT support or service desk environments will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
