Job Overview:

Toyota Lanka is seeking for a passionate and forward-thinking Team Lead – Digitalization to lead digital innovation initiatives and ensure smooth implementation of strategic IT projects that modernize business operations and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive Toyota Lanka’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities and process modernization goals.

· Identify opportunities for AI, ML, and BI initiatives to improve decision-making, customer experience, and productivity.

· Partner with department heads to translate business challenges into data and tech-driven outcomes.

· Lead digital projects from concept to execution, including budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional team collaboration.

· Manage external technology partners and ensure delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

· Collaborate on the development of dashboards, automated reports, and workflow tools across departments.

· Oversee change management, user onboarding, and training for digital tools.

Candidate Profile:

· 5+ years’ experience in BA or IT project management or digital transformation roles.

· Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, or related field.

· Hands-on experience in AI/ML implementation, BI/dashboard development, and process automation.

· Strong communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with both technical and non-technical teams.
