- Warmly welcome all customers, guests, and visitors to the company premises in alignment with Toyota’s Omotenashi (hospitality) principles.
- Manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring prompt routing to the relevant departments.
- Handle front office administrative duties including documentation, meeting room coordination, courier dispatches, and visitor management.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional reception area that reflects Toyota’s brand standards.
- Provide general support to the Customer Relations and Administrative teams when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
- Telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
