Position Overview:
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple operational tasks, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or client support role.
Job Role:
- Support daily business operations and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain documentation, reports, and tracking tools to ensure process efficiency
- Communicate with U.S.-based teams and clients to support scheduling, logistics, and task follow-up
- Monitor task completion, project timelines, and follow-up items
- Prepare and update operational reports and dashboards
- Help implement and improve operational workflows and procedures
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and confidentiality in all tasks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Quickbooks, Companycam.com)
- Strong English communication skills β written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
