Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparation of Preliminary estimates and BOQs.
• Preparation of Engineer’s estimates.
• Evaluation, Negotiation and Contract Awarding.
• Preparation of interim / final Payment Certificates and joint measurements.
• Cost controlling and monitoring.
• Variation / Extra work evaluation (Measure and pay basis).
• Managing contractors.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

• Age between 25 – 35.
• B.Sc. Degree in QS or equivalent qualification.
• Have a minimum of 4 years’ post qualified work experience in a similar capacity.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and without supervision.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills is advantageous (both verbal and written) and be able to interact with all levels of staff.
• Should be computer literate and proficient in CAD software and MS Office packages.
• Ability to create building drawings will be considered as a value addition.
