Ideal Candidate:
- Fully/ Partially qualified in CIMA/ACCA/CA/CPA and/or a degree specialised in Accounting.
- Australian industry exposure/BPO experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 years working experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong MS Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping.
- Payroll processing.
- Preparation of business activity statements & instalment activity statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and related reporting.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
- Prepare year-end financial reports.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient workflows.
