We function as an extension of our client’s team by meticulously recruiting candidates who are the right fit and align seamlessly with our brand values and company culture.If you are interested and have prior working experience in Telemarketing, join us as we have the perfect role for you, where you will brush up your lead generation and sales skills and will be assigned to make cold calls selling investment property services and advice to an Australian client. This role also has the prospect of diversifying into many different industry verticals, helping you garner expertise in sales across an array of sales techniques and methodologies shaping and adjusting strategy as you excel .
Key responsibilities: ExectuMake outbound calls to potential customers, clearly and concisely presenting information about our property investment products and services. Identify and qualify potential leads based on their investment interests and financial capacity. Effectively handle objections and provide relevant information to address prospect queries. Schedule qualified appointments for our investment consultants to further discuss investment opportunities. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and follow-up activities in our CRM system. Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled. Stay up-to-date with the latest property market trends and our company's offerings. Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Ideal candidate: Prior experience in call center operations making outbound calls, telemarketing or a customer-facing role is preferred Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone etiquette. Active listening skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to build rapport and engage with individuals over the phone. Resilience and the ability to handle rejection. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. A proactive and target-driven approach. A basic understanding of property investment concepts is beneficial but not essential.
