During the first month, you will be required to visit the office for training purposes. After that, the role will switch to a hybrid model with 4 days of work from home. The job offers flexible shift options, including day, night, and midnight shifts—you can choose your preferred shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform copyright claims on YouTube, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements, while aiming to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Stay informed about platform updates and participate in training and development to adapt to new processes and tools.
• Use the provided tools and applications to streamline the claim process and improve efficiency.
• Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of tools and strategies to improve overall processes.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the company’s goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

• minimum 6 months of professional experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Strong Internet research skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and other basic business software.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn and apply new policies, tools, and procedures quickly and effectively.
• Analytical skills to track personal performance and contribute to team improvements.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work extended hours when required.
