About Us:

Payable (Pvt) Ltd is a leading fintech company committed to revolutionizing digital payment solutions. As we continue to grow, based on the team composition, we are specifically on the lookout for a MALE/CHRISTIAN Call Center agent to join our Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Log and manage customer tickets using the ZOHO support system.
  • Resolve complaints effectively and update cases accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for unresolved issues.
  • Conduct outbound calls for sales, surveys, and service follow-ups.
  • Perform operational health checks for partner and Payable merchants.

Qualifications:

  • Male/Christian candidates only, Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in a call center/customer service role.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service mindset and team spirit.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with mobile apps.
  • Willingness to work on a shift/roster basis, including weekends.
