Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and other teams to define product goals, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop detailed product plans, assign responsibilities, and ensure team accountability throughout execution.

Process Management

• Implement and optimize workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks, ensuring teams have the resources needed to stay on track.

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between engineering, product, and leadership teams across multiple locations (US, Canada, Austria, and Sri Lanka).
• Provide stakeholders with regular updates on product progress, identified risks, and proposed solutions.

Risk Management

• Anticipate potential challenges and create contingency plans to mitigate risks.

Tools and Reporting

• Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or Asana) to manage tasks, track progress, and generate reports.

Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
• Additional qualifications in project/ product management will be considered an advantage.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
• Proven management experience in a product-based company.
• Familiarity with crypto, accounting, or fintech industries is a plus.

Technical Background:

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working closely with engineering teams.

Skills and Proficiency:

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with product management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.

Industry Knowledge:

• Basic to moderate understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency data.
