Role Overview

As the Regulatory Affairs Lead, you will oversee all BPOM-related compliance, document control, and testing procedures for product registration. You will lead a small regulatory team and be the key liaison with government agencies and associations like BPOM, PERKOSMI, and FORKOS. This role requires deep knowledge of Indonesian regulatory standards, strong project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end BPOM product registration and documentation process.

  • Verify labeling, claims, and ingredient compliance with BPOM guidelines.

  • Coordinate product testing, documentation translation, and clinical study reviews.

  • Supervise and mentor the regulatory affairs team.

  • Represent the company at industry associations like PERKOSMI and FORKOS.

  • Monitor e-commerce advertisement compliance and ensure timely DIP (Document Information Product) reviews.

  • Collaborate with regional regulatory teams on strategy and product development alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with valid STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry.

  • Excellent understanding of BPOM regulations and local product compliance procedures.

  • Experience with product testing coordination and scientific/clinical documentation.

  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of managing timelines.

  • Professional discretion with confidential data and a collaborative approach across teams.
