About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Web Developer with solid JavaScript/TypeScript chops, a sharp eye for UI/UX, and hands-on experience building modern web apps using Next.js (App Router) or React-based frameworks.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (1–3 years of experience) who’s looking to work on exciting digital products in a remote-first environment with flexibility and autonomy.

🔧 What You’ll Work On

• Building front-end experiences with TypeScript and Next.js (App Router).
• Creating responsive, accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks.
• Integrating with REST and GraphQL APIs, often in a headless CMS setup.
• Collaborating async across tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Taking design ideas and turning them into polished, performant interfaces.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional experience in web development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Confidence using React and/or Next.js, ideally with App Router.
• Strong front-end styling skills and an appreciation for clean, usable UI/UX.
• Comfortable working with APIs — REST and GraphQL — especially in CMS-driven environments.
• Familiarity with Git and modern dev workflows.
• Strong written communication skills — async clarity is key in our team.

🌟 Bonus Points For

• Experience with headless CMS platforms like Strapi, WordPress, or Drupal.
• Awareness of accessibility, performance tuning, or testing best practices.
• Prior experience working on remote teams or handling solo projects.
• Basic familiarity with Docker-based development environments.
