Position Title: Virtual Expert Lead Generator Location: Remote (Based in Sri Lanka, working for a U.S.-based Company) Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Chief Sales Officer
Position Summary:
The Virtual Expert Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-intent leads for TheFundOne’s funding solutions. This role requires expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in leveraging outbound and inbound strategies to drive a steady pipeline of qualified business owners in need of funding.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, email outreach, and other digital platforms.
- Utilize scraping, automation tools, and database research to source high-quality leads.
- Implement multi-touch outreach strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Optimize lead generation processes to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
Prospecting & Qualification:
- Research and identify business owners who align with TheFundOne’s Fast Funds & Smart Funds offerings.
- Qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and inbound inquiries.
- Segment leads based on industry, funding needs, and credibility status for tailored follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all prospecting activities.
Collaboration & Conversion Support:
- Work closely with the Client Consultants/Closers to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.
- Provide detailed insights about lead behaviors and interactions to optimize follow-up strategies.
- Analyze and report on lead generation performance, adjusting tactics to improve ROI.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, B2B prospecting, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to build, nurture, and convert leads into high-quality opportunities.
- Experience and working in international markets is a Plus.
- Familiarity with financial services, business funding, or alternative lending is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expert in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter, Instantly.ai, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, cold outreach, and automation strategies.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to identify high-value business prospects.
- Proficient in using CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) to track leads and conversions.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess lead quality and optimize campaigns.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
