The Virtual Client Consultant / Closer will play a key role in driving revenue by converting high-intent leads into clients through consultative sales strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of funding solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide business owners toward the best funding options available through TheFundOne. The ideal candidate will be adept at building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Engage with inbound leads, understand their business needs, and consult on the best funding solutions.
  • Educate potential clients on TheFundOne’s Fast Funds and Smart Funds options.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, addressing concerns and guiding them through the funding process.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, trust, and credibility to align with TheFundOne’s mission of making businesses Credible & Fundable.

Closing Deals & Revenue Generation:

  • Execute a structured sales process to convert pre-qualified leads into closed deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Utilize persuasive negotiation techniques while maintaining integrity and transparency.
  • Handle objections effectively and position TheFundOne’s services as the best solution for the client’s funding needs.

Follow-Up & Relationship Management:

  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects who need further nurturing.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth funding process for clients.

Sales Strategy & Performance Optimization:

  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics (conversion rates, deal size, etc.) to improve effectiveness.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and operations teams to enhance lead quality and customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in funding sales.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, closing high-ticket deals, or financial services sales.
  • Virtual/remote sales experience and working in international markets is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the US market is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (fluent/native level preferred).
  • Ability to handle objections and guide clients toward informed financial decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and virtual communication platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoom, Google Workspace).
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
