Responsibilities

• Process monthly invoices across the Group of Companies accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Support the accounts receivable function, including monitoring outstanding balances, following up on collections, and resolving invoice-related queries.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from finance, HR, and operational systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards covering key finance and operational metrics.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decisions, audits, and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting, data collection, billing, and AR processes.
• Work closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience working in a technology, SaaS, or other fast-paced business environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial and operational reporting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
