Responsibilities:

1. **Financial Management:** Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

2. **Tax Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and in a timely manner. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect the company.

3. **Financial Analysis:** Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

4. **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor performance against budget and provide variance analysis.

5. **Audit Preparation:** Coordinate with external auditors and prepare all necessary documentation for annual audits. Ensure compliance with audit requirements and resolve any audit findings in a timely manner.

6. **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

7. **Team Leadership:** Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success within the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred.

2. Minimum of insert number years of experience in accounting, with a focus on tax compliance and financial reporting.

3. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations.

4. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar programs.

7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
