The Head of Digital Marketing at Visual Studios Plus will play a crucial role in leading and managing the agency's digital marketing efforts on behalf of clients. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, industry trends, and client needs. Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy and Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and objectives. Develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs, industry, and target audience. Conduct regular meetings and presentations to review campaign performance, discuss strategy adjustments, and ensure client satisfaction.
Team Leadership and Development:Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, including strategists, analysts, content creators, and advertising experts. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Campaign Planning and Execution:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Collaborate with internal teams or external partners to develop creative assets, landing pages, and other campaign elements as needed. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
Client Acquisition and Retention:Work closely with the business development team to identify and pursue new client opportunities, preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations as needed. Nurture existing client relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and strive to exceed client expectations through exceptional service and results.
Industry Thought Leadership:Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, sharing insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams. Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to network with peers, showcase agency expertise, and establish the agency as a thought leader in the digital marketing space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in agency or client-facing roles.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and team members.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Additional Requirements:
