Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate in Colombo. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, providing customer support, and analyzing customer data to improve product/service offerings.

Qualifications

• Customer Engagement, Support, and Satisfaction skills
• Customer Retention skills
• Analytical skills to collect, analyze and report customer data
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in the advertising/marketing industry is a plus
