Role Description

Visual Studios+ is looking for a Senior Client Services Executive to manage and oversee our clients' accounts and relationships. As a Senior Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, developing a comprehensive understanding of their needs, and facilitating communication between different teams to drive successful campaign delivery and project management. Your role is a full-time on-site position located in Colombo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, in an advertising agency is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships and negotiate contracts and budgets with clients
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful digital marketing, videography campaigns for clients
• Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana or Trello
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
• Experience in the FMCG, food, or hospitality industries is a plus
