Position: Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Source new residential and commercial properties by actively searching and networking.

Engage with potential prospects, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales or rental deals.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, foster positive customer relationships, ensure a smooth move-in process (if applicable), and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Require a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2-5 years of experience in field sales.

Note:

Salary: Rs. 18,000 20,000 per month, along with petrol expenses and incentives based on performance.
