Requirements:

• Degree in Development Studies, Sociology or any related field (Fully or partially qualified)
• Previous experience in a similar capacity helpful (but not necessary)
• A deep commitment to charity, helping the underprivileged and making changes for the better
• Committed approach to entrusted tasks and targets
• Excellent command of English with proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil
• Empathetic and solution-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good initiative
• Commitment to our vision and targets
• Excellent computer skills and good social media skills
