Responsibilities

· Providing consultation and accurate information to the prospective clients regarding the company tools.

· Handling customer requests, negotiation and deliver maximum customer satisfaction.

· Being a good team player.

What we are looking for

· Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.

· Should be self-motivated and problem solver.

· Capable of handling customers and other routine functions on daily basis.

· Excellent email communication skills in English.

· Candidate will not be required to travel outside the office.
