CBC Tech Solutions Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC. The Company provides Information and Communication Technology related products, services and solutions to the corporate sector.

We are looking for self-motivated, team-oriented and ambitious individuals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in the running of IT projects.

· Collaborate with team members to complete project tasks and meet deadlines.

· Submit and maintain task related documentation and reports.

· Provide technical support to senior IT engineers and project teams.

· Help in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

· Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and testing procedures as required.

· Maintain and organize IT documentation and files.

· Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Certificate or Diploma level in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.

· Basic understanding of IT principles and practices.

· Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux (added advantage)

· Basic networking concepts.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Good communication and teamwork skills.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
